This Sakura is listed at twenty on a page from June 2024. A second Sakura, nineteen and Japanese, was listed in January 2026 – and since this older entry records no nationality at all, the date is the cleanest way to tell the two apart.

Nationality is missing because the whole 2024 group predates the flag convention now used in page titles, rather than because anything was left out deliberately.

Inside the venue

Where we are, and how to reach us

The address is 3 Leslie Court, Burwood VIC 3125. Leslie Court runs off Burwood Highway and ends in an industrial dead end, which is why parking at the door is free and why nobody walks past.

Tram 75 runs the length of Burwood Highway between Vermont South and the city. By train, the Lilydale and Belgrave lines put you at Box Hill, and the 201, 732, 766, 767 and 768 buses run down from there towards Deakin University. Driving from the city takes roughly twenty-five minutes on the M1.

There are local pages for Box Hill, Blackburn and Glen Waverley with distances and the usual routes, and brothel near me in the eastern suburbs covers the eastern suburbs more broadly. Venue density drops sharply east of Burke Road, which is why so many searches from this side of town return city addresses.

Two-lady bookings start at $210 for twenty minutes and run to $450 for an hour, room hire included in both.

Quiet afternoons make this much easier to arrange than weekend nights, when both ladies being free at the same time is harder to line up.

Opening hours and timing

Open 11:00am to 2:30am Sunday to Thursday, and to 3:00am on Friday and Saturday, every day of the year including public holidays.

Early afternoons are the quietest stretch and the easiest time to get a specific lady without waiting. Friday and Saturday evenings are the busiest, and a call to (03) 9808 5855 ahead of those is worth the thirty seconds.

Late bookings are ordinary rather than a favour. Plenty of people come out from the city after work, which is part of why the doors stay open past two.

How payment works

You pay at reception before the booking, by cash or card. There is no door charge on top and no tipping expectation built into the price.

Card payments read as a neutral business name. The figure you were quoted on the phone is the figure at the desk, because room hire and lady fee are already combined in it.

If you want something beyond standard service, it is discussed and agreed before the booking begins, so there is no negotiation once you are in the room.

Local rather than central

Plenty of regulars here live closer to a city venue and drive out anyway. The reasons they give are consistent: parking, the entrance, and not sharing a waiting room with a crowd.

The eastern suburbs are thin on established venues, so most of the traffic to Leslie Court comes from Box Hill, Blackburn, Glen Waverley and the suburbs around them rather than from far away.

Distances are short. Chadstone is about three kilometres, Box Hill four, Glen Waverley and Oakleigh about five, Doncaster eight – all of it well under fifteen minutes outside peak hour.
