Melbourne’s East

Brothel Near Doncaster — Across the River, Fifteen Minutes

---

Doncaster sits north of the Koonung and everything adult sits south of it. Pussycats is about eight kilometres away at 3 Leslie Court, Burwood — a straight run down Doncaster Road and Elgar Road, with its own car park at the end of it.

Why There Is Nothing North of the Freeway

Doncaster and Templestowe are shopping-centre-and-cul-de-sac country. Westfield Doncaster anchors the retail, the rest is housing, and the commercial zoning that adult venues need is essentially all on the southern side of the Eastern Freeway. That is why a Doncaster search returns Burwood addresses.

The drive is the easy part. Doncaster Road south to Elgar Road, Elgar down to Burwood Highway, then a short run east to Leslie Court. No city parking, no one-way streets, no walking past a lit shopfront.

Who Is Actually Working

The single most common complaint about brothels in Melbourne is that the photos and the people do not match. Reception checks every photo on the weekly roster before it is published, and the roster is updated as the week runs rather than left to age.

Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese ladies work here, with new arrivals most weeks. You can see who is in today or browse all the ladies before you leave Doncaster.

What a Visit Costs

Totals below include room hire and the lady fee — there is no separate door charge and no negotiating at reception. The same table is printed on our homepage.

If you want the reasoning behind how pricing works across Melbourne venues rather than just the numbers, the Melbourne brothels guide covers it in detail.

Getting Here From Doncaster

By car it is about 8 km via Doncaster Road and Elgar Road, or along Blackburn Road if you are coming from the Templestowe side. Parking at the venue is free and off-street.

Bus 281 runs between Templestowe and Deakin University, which puts you on Burwood Highway within walking distance. Otherwise the 903 SmartBus connects the Doncaster corridor across to the Blackburn Road route.

What Happens When You Arrive

You park at the door, ring the bell and wait in a private lounge rather than a corridor. Reception tells you who is available and what each booking costs before you commit to anything. You choose; nobody is walked out for inspection against her will and nobody is upsold once the door closes.

Rooms are cleaned and linen changed after every single booking, not every shift. Payment is by card or cash; card transactions appear under a neutral business name. There are no cameras in private areas.

The Law, Briefly

Victoria decriminalised sex work in two stages, in May 2022 and December 2023. The old brothel licensing regime no longer exists; venues now operate under ordinary health, safety and planning rules like any other business. Anyone still advertising a current brothel “licence” is describing a system that was abolished.

What is worth checking instead is continuity. Pussycats has traded at 3 Leslie Court, Burwood VIC 3125 since 2009 and its Sex Work Act registration number, SWA7043BE, is printed on the site. A venue that has been at one address for seventeen years has a great deal more to lose from a bad visit than one that opened this year.

The Adult Shop

There is a 700-item adult shop attached to the site — toys, lingerie, lubricants and essentials, priced and shipped separately from the venue. It is browsable without visiting.

Nearby Suburbs We Serve

Regulars come to Leslie Court from across Melbourne’s east. From the Doncaster side that usually means Doncaster East, Templestowe, Bulleen, Box Hill North, Balwyn North and Donvale.

Two wider guides cover the region: brothel near me in the eastern suburbs and the Burwood, Box Hill and Doncaster guide. The head-term pages are Melbourne brothel, Melbourne brothels — the comparison guide and Asian brothel Melbourne.
