From the car park to the room

Directions and parking
We are at 3 Leslie Court, Burwood VIC 3125, a few hundred metres off Burwood Highway. The car park is on site, free, and right at the entrance, which matters more than it sounds when the alternative is a metered space on a main road.
For the suburbs that send us the most regulars there are dedicated pages with distances and routes: Burwood, Clayton and Box Hill. Chadstone is about three kilometres away, Box Hill four, Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Blackburn about five, Doncaster eight.
Public transport works too. Tram 75 runs along Burwood Highway; Box Hill Station on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines connects to buses 201, 732, 766, 767 and 768. From the CBD by car it is about twenty-five minutes on the M1.

Two-lady bookings start at $210 for twenty minutes and run to $450 for an hour, room hire included in both.

Quiet afternoons make this much easier to arrange than weekend nights, when both ladies being free at the same time is harder to line up.
Opening hours and timing
Open 11:00am to 2:30am Sunday to Thursday, and to 3:00am on Friday and Saturday, every day of the year including public holidays.
Early afternoons are the quietest stretch and the easiest time to get a specific lady without waiting. Friday and Saturday evenings are the busiest, and a call to (03) 9808 5855 ahead of those is worth the thirty seconds.
Late bookings are ordinary rather than a favour. Plenty of people come out from the city after work, which is part of why the doors stay open past two.
Payment and what it covers
One payment at reception covers the room and the lady for the time you booked. Cash and card are both accepted; the card charge is under a neutral business name.
Nothing is added mid-booking for standard service. If you want something outside that, it is agreed up front so there is no conversation about money once you are in the room.
Prices are the same for every lady on the roster, so choosing between names is a question of who you want to meet rather than what you can afford.
Why people drive east rather than into the city
City venues are convenient if you are already in the city and awful if you are not. You pay for parking, you walk from it, and the entrance is usually on a street with people on it.
Out here the trade-off reverses. Free parking at the door, an industrial court instead of a shopfront, and about twenty-five minutes down the M1 from the CBD.
Venue density east of Burke Road is thin, which is why so many searches from this side of town return city addresses nobody actually wants to drive to. There are only a handful of established venues between Camberwell and Ringwood, and this has been one of them since 2009.
Shop and membership
Two things sit alongside the venue. The first is a 700-item adult shop, which ships separately and can be browsed without coming in.
