Directions and parking
We are at 3 Leslie Court, Burwood VIC 3125, a few hundred metres off Burwood Highway. The car park is on site, free, and right at the entrance, which matters more than it sounds when the alternative is a metered space on a main road.
For the suburbs that send us the most regulars there are dedicated pages with distances and routes: Burwood, Clayton and Box Hill. Chadstone is about three kilometres away, Box Hill four, Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Blackburn about five, Doncaster eight.
Public transport works too. Tram 75 runs along Burwood Highway; Box Hill Station on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines connects to buses 201, 732, 766, 767 and 768. From the CBD by car it is about twenty-five minutes on the M1.

Leslie Court is industrial and ends in a dead end, so the only traffic is traffic with a reason to be there. That is most of the privacy problem solved before you have got out of the car.

If you want something beyond standard service, it is discussed and agreed before the booking begins, so there is no negotiation once you are in the room.
The eastern suburbs problem
There are only a handful of established venues between Camberwell and Ringwood. Most of Melbourne’s cluster in the inner north and west, which is a long drive and a parking problem from anywhere out east.
Pussycats has been at Leslie Court since 2009, minutes off Burwood Highway, with free off-street parking. For anyone searching from Burwood or Clayton, it is the closest long-running Asian venue rather than merely the nearest listing.
That matters because turnover in this industry is high. A venue that has held one address for seventeen years is a different proposition from one that opened last year with a new website.
