If you searched “brothel Box Hill”, you probably already know the answer is not in Box Hill itself. There is no walk-in venue on Whitehorse Road or Station Street, and you would not want one there anyway. The closest established venue is Pussycats, at 3 Leslie Court in Burwood, about 4.3 km south in a straight line. This page is about the trip: from the shopping centre, from the station, and from the hospital end of town, with and without a car.
Why the nearest venue is south of Box Hill, not in it
Box Hill is one of the busiest few blocks in the eastern suburbs. It has the train interchange, the bus terminus, the food courts, and a lot of people who know each other. That is what makes it good for dinner and bad for anything you would rather keep to yourself. A venue on the main strip would put every customer on the most-watched footpath in Whitehorse.
Leslie Court is the opposite. It is a quiet court off Burwood Highway with free off-street parking at the door and a plain entrance. You park, you walk a few metres, you are inside. For the full picture of what the venue offers Box Hill locals, including prices and what happens at reception, see our Box Hill page. This post sticks to getting there.
The three places people actually leave from
Most trips from Box Hill start from one of three places, and each has a different easiest route.
| Starting point | Easiest way | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Box Hill Central (after shopping or dinner) | Drive: Station Street or Elgar Road south to Burwood Highway | Leave from the car park rather than the street and you avoid the Whitehorse Road crawl |
| Box Hill station (off the train) | Bus 201, 732, 766, 767 or 768 towards Deakin University | All five link the station with Deakin; get off along Burwood Highway and walk the last stretch |
| The hospital end of town (after a shift) | Car, or a rideshare booked to Leslie Court | Late shifts finish when buses thin out; the venue is open until 2:30am on weeknights |
| Anywhere on Burwood Highway | Tram 75 | Runs the length of the highway between Vermont South and the city |
Straight-line distance undersells the drive a little, because you go around blocks rather than through them. It is still a short trip, and most of it is on Burwood Highway rather than in shopping-strip traffic.
From Box Hill Central
This is the most common one: dinner or shopping, then a decision. If you drove in, the simplest thing is to leave the car where it is until you are ready, then head south on Station Street or Elgar Road until you reach Burwood Highway and turn east. You never go near Whitehorse Road, which is where Box Hill traffic sits on a Friday or Saturday evening.
One practical point. If you had a drink with dinner, do not drive. A rideshare to Leslie Court drops you in a quiet court, which is about as discreet as arriving anywhere gets. Nobody walking past Box Hill Central will see where you are going.
From Box Hill station
If you came in on the train, the buses do the work. Routes 201, 732, 766, 767 and 768 all run between Box Hill station and Deakin University, and all of them pass within walking distance of the venue along Burwood Highway. Take whichever turns up first. You are on the bus for a short run south, then on foot for the last stretch.
We are not going to print times here. Frequencies change through the evening and on weekends, and a timetable copied onto a blog is wrong the day the operator changes it. Check the PTV journey planner or the timetable for your route on the night you travel, in both directions. The return trip matters more than the trip in: the question is not whether you can get here, it is whether a bus will still be running when you want to leave. If the last one goes before you do, take a taxi or rideshare back.

From the hospital end of town
Box Hill has a big hospital and a lot of people who work shifts in and around it. Shift workers keep odd hours and are often the people for whom a venue that opens at 11am and runs until 2:30am on weeknights is the only one that fits. If you finish a late shift at 11pm, you have time. If you finish at 1am, call first and ask whether reception is still taking bookings and who is on, because the roster after midnight is smaller than at 9pm.
After a late shift, a car or a rideshare is the realistic option. Buses thin out late at night, and standing at a stop after a twelve-hour shift is nobody’s idea of a good evening.
What to sort out before you leave Box Hill
- Check who is in. Look at today’s girls or the weekly roster before you set off. The roster changes daily, so yesterday’s screenshot is not a plan.
- Decide on a booking length. Rates are the same all day: $110, $130, $180 and $230 for 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes with one lady, or $210, $250, $350 and $450 with two. No door charge.
- Work back from closing time. Closing is when the doors lock, not when the last booking starts. For an hour on a weeknight, be there well before 1:30am.
- Call (03) 9808 5855. Twenty seconds on the phone saves a wasted trip, especially late.
- Plan the way home. Driving, rideshare or a checked PTV timetable. Sort it before you arrive, not at 2am.
How this fits the rest of the east
Box Hill is one corner of a small triangle. Burwood sits between Box Hill, Glen Waverley and Chadstone, and it is the only established walk-in venue in that stretch. If you want to compare it with the other suburbs around it, our Burwood, Box Hill and Doncaster guide puts the three side by side, and the wider question of what “near me” means in the eastern suburbs is covered in brothel near me: Melbourne’s east.
Visiting is legal for anyone over 18. Sex work in Victoria was fully decriminalised in December 2023. Pussycats has traded from the same address since 2009 under registration SWA7043BE.
From Box Hill, it is one short trip south
3 Leslie Court, Burwood, about 4.3 km from Box Hill in a straight line, with free parking at the door. Open 11am every day, until 2:30am Sunday to Thursday and 3am on Friday and Saturday. Call (03) 9808 5855 before you leave, or check who is in today and this week’s roster.
