Lyn at Pussycats Burwood

Lyn is twenty-one, Japanese, and joined the roster in August 2026. Her listing is unusually short on detail, and that appears to be deliberate on her part rather than an oversight on ours.

What it does say: long legs, an elegant figure, and a reserved manner. Reception checked the photographs against her before publishing, which is standard for every entry on the roster.

Who Lyn suits

People who do not need to be talked to constantly. She is on the quiet end and is not going to manufacture conversation, which some visitors find restful and others find hard work.

Reception has met her and will tell you plainly whether she suits what you are describing. That is a better filter than a photograph.

On the roster

Lyn is currently rostered. Because the ladies here set their own hours, the line-up on a Tuesday afternoon is not the line-up on a Friday night – the weekly roster is the live answer.

From the car park to the room

Parking is at the door and free, which removes the two things that make city venues awkward: a meter, and a walk from wherever you found a space.

Ring the bell and you will be brought into a private lounge. Reception runs through the line-up and the prices and answers questions plainly. You are not obliged to book once you are inside, and the venue is used to people who are still working out whether this is for them.

Bookings include a shower and start when you are ready. Rooms are cleaned and linen changed every time, not once a shift. There are no cameras in private areas, and the card charge carries a neutral business name.

Twenty minutes is the shortest booking. It is enough to see whether the place and the person suit you, and plenty of first visits are exactly that.

How to get to Leslie Court

3 Leslie Court, Burwood VIC 3125 is a short cul-de-sac off Burwood Highway with free off-street parking at the door and an entrance that is not signposted from the road.

Coming from the east or south-east, the highway does most of the work. Coming from the city, it is about twenty-five minutes on the M1. Coming without a car, take the Lilydale or Belgrave line to Box Hill and then a 201, 732, 766, 767 or 768 bus, or tram 75 along the highway itself.

Chadstone, Oakleigh and Doncaster have their own pages with local detail and distances, and brothel near me in the eastern suburbs covers the region as a whole. Most of the suburbs people travel from are within five kilometres.

Parking on site is the part locals care about. You are not leaving a car on a residential street where someone you know walks the dog.

Payment and what it covers

One payment at reception covers the room and the lady for the time you booked. Cash and card are both accepted; the card charge is under a neutral business name.

Nothing is added mid-booking for standard service. If you want something outside that, it is agreed up front so there is no conversation about money once you are in the room.

Prices are the same for every lady on the roster, so choosing between names is a question of who you want to meet rather than what you can afford.

City or suburbs

The honest comparison: city venues have bigger rosters and longer hours and are easier to reach without a car. Suburban venues have parking, quieter entrances and usually better prices.

If privacy and parking rank above walking distance, east wins. Twenty-five minutes on the M1 from the CBD, free parking at the door, and an entrance on a dead-end industrial court rather than a main road.

If you do not drive, the calculation changes, though Box Hill Station and tram 75 both get you within a short bus ride of the highway.

The adult shop

There is a 700-item adult shop attached to the site: toys, lingerie, lubricants and the ordinary essentials, priced and shipped separately from the venue.

You can browse it without visiting and order without speaking to anyone. It is a separate operation from bookings and nothing in it is connected to a visit.

It is also worth a look if you are not planning to come in at all. Plenty of orders come from people who have never been to Leslie Court.

The law, briefly

Victoria decriminalised sex work in two stages, May 2022 and December 2023. The brothel licensing regime was wound up with it, and venues now operate under the same health, safety and planning rules as any other business.

Which means the old shortcut for judging a venue is gone. Pussycats has traded at 3 Leslie Court since 2009 under registration SWA7043BE; that continuity, plus published prices and a roster that changes, is what is left to judge on.
